Civil service recruit-to-hire employment functions (i.e., job application, job posting, eligibility review, qualification determination, examination schedule, examination result/score, Pennsylvania residency, civil service employment record/history, etc.) have been transferred to the Governor's Office of Administration (OA) in accordance with Act 71 of 2018 (Civil Service Reform). Under Act 71, the State Civil Service Commission continues to perform appeal, hearing, and audit functions.
